About QA at Kakunyn
Quality at Kakunyn starts with context and curiosity. Our QA professionals work close to product and engineering, plan tests around risk and never settle for the happy path — we ask what happens when the connection drops, when the device is old, when the user does the unexpected. Exploratory, functional, API and data testing go where they create the most value.
Culture
Our culture is simple to say and demanding to live:
- Growth mindset — we value people who care about impact and want to improve things. Before answering, understand; before disagreeing, ask.
- Integrity — truth with respect, fair play always. Admitting a mistake early is never punished.
- Respect — feedback is direct and adult, never humiliating. Hierarchy is for decisions, not for pressure.
- Sustainability — health and family are non-negotiable. We do not glorify burnout.
- Attention to detail — work should look like it was made with care, because detail becomes standard.
