Build on senior QA expertise with a clear technical specialization. QA IV professionals solve difficult quality problems, develop practical approaches and help the whole team benefit from deeper knowledge in a chosen area.
- Own complex risk-based test strategies and investigations with the autonomy expected of a senior QA professional
- Apply deep expertise in your specialization to improve coverage, evidence and testing efficiency
- Select, adapt or develop testing tools and practices that solve concrete product problems
- Plan and analyze performance investigations, including frame rate, memory, loading times and stability
- Investigate Unity projects and connect editor, device, network and backend evidence
- Turn specialist findings into clear recommendations and reusable knowledge for the team
- Mentor QA professionals and support technical decisions with transparent risks and trade-offs
Experience and skills
- The autonomy, technical depth and risk-based testing skills expected of a senior QA professional
- Demonstrated specialization in at least one quality engineering area, such as test automation and tooling, performance, Unity and game testing, or API and integration testing
- Deep command of the methods and tools in your specialization: design an approach, investigate difficult problems, explain limitations and help others use it effectively
- Hands-on performance testing skills are required: define representative scenarios, use profiling and measurement tools, analyze frame rate, memory, loading times and stability, and distinguish symptoms from likely bottlenecks
- Practical Unity knowledge is required, including editor and device testing, logs and the Profiler to support investigations
- Strong API, integration, data and network investigation skills, with clear evidence and reproducible findings
- Ability to improve quality practices, mentor other QA professionals and make technical recommendations grounded in product risks
- Advanced English (C1 or above) is required: lead technical discussions, explain complex investigations and recommendations, and write precise reports for different audiences
- Solid command of testing fundamentals based on the CTFL syllabus; CTFL certification is strongly valued
Nice to have
- Advanced testing certifications such as CTAL or further study related to your specialization
- Familiarity with AI-assisted testing and tooling, with critical review of generated output and measurable evidence of usefulness
